We are excited about our 3rd season and upcoming annual Summer Musical at the Beautiful Two River Theater in
Red Bank, NJ.
August 16th, 17th & 18th 2013
- Open Auditions are May 28th, 29th & 30th! --Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after Memorial Day!
- You can pick a day that is convenient for you to come between 3:30 and 5 pm.
- There will be paperwork to fill out, and your child will receive a number.(Parents cannot drop their child off--they must stay to fill out the paperwork.)
- Please have your child dressed to impress & be able to dance in shoes they can dance in. Please no flip flops or sandals. Children will learn an audition dance.
- Please have your child come prepared with a song to sing. It can be any song they can sing, however, a Broadway show tune is usually a good choice. (8-10 bars is usually the length without music)
- Children will audition by coming in to the audition one at a time, handing their paperwork completely filled out, sing their song, and then read for a part.
- After their audition, they will then come back in with a group of 8 kids to the dance audition.
- The audition will be over after the dance portion and then you can take your child home.
- Call backs will be announced on our website for May 31st and June 1st.
- If you're are not called back, it doesn't mean that you are not in the show. The entire Cast list will be posted after auditions.
- We are looking to cast two casts--a younger cast of children between the ages of 5-12 and an older cast ages 13-18.
- There will be 5 performances over the August 16th weekend.
